Policy: Due to Joseph's extremely busy schedule we cannot guarantee you a date for your reading without payment for your session. After payment is made you may call or email Our Journey of Life for an appointment or we will call you. To make a payment click on the PayPaL Icon next to the reading your interested in and you will be directed to PAYPAL. PaypaL except all major credit cards. For all International calls outside of the U.S.A. Our Journey of Life will provide you with a phone number to call Joseph for your session.

No Refunds: on payments that are made to secure your appointment if you canceled the date. If date needs to be rescheduled it must be done 24 hours before your session. If real server weather of telephone communication difficulties we will schedule a new date. If Joseph needs to cancel we will refund the payment or change the date.

No Refunds will not be issued for predictions that don’t come true. This is becasue of your life is the result of a series of choices presented to you, and the decisions that you make based on those choices so the outcome will always change.

Refunds: if within 5 minutes of your life path reading Joseph is unsuccessful in reading you. Refunds will be made because of no connection to the other-side.  No connections means Joseph is not able to connect with any of your loved ones in spirit. If you are seeking a certain one person in spirit Joseph can not guarantee to connect with that person but please keep in mind he has to this day have a 95% success record in connecting with the one you seek.

To understand the work of a medium, think of the process as a telephone call. The telephone in the spirit world has a dial, and the telephone here in the physical world is only a receiver without any dial. Joseph receives only the communication that the spirit world is willing to send at that given time based on their own free will. If you are hoping to connect with someone in particular who has passed on, it is helpful for you to focus on them and the memory of how they were in life before the reading. The more open-minded you are, the clearer the messages will be for you.
