No Refunds: on payments that are made to secure your appointment if you canceled the date. If date needs to be rescheduled it must be done 24 hours before your session. If real server weather of telephone communication difficulties we will schedule a new date. If Joseph needs to cancel we will refund the payment or change the date.

Refunds: will be issued if the session is cut short due to a lack of connection and will not be issued for predictions that don’t come true.
