 Policy: Due to Joseph's extremely busy schedule we cannot guarantee you a date for your reading without payment for your session. After payment is made you may call or email Our Journey of Life for an appointment or we will call you. To make a payment click on the PayPaL Icon next to the reading your interested in and you will be directed to PAYPAL. PaypaL except all major credit cards. For most International calls outside of the U.S.A. Our Journey of Life will provide you with a phone number to call Joseph for your session. The countries on our calling plan for return calls or sessions with Joseph are The United States, Puerto Ric, Canada, The UK, Ireland, Italy, France and Spain. (Calls outside of the US must be landlines)

No Refunds: on payments that are made to secure your appointment if you canceled the date. If date needs to be rescheduled it must be done 24 hours before your session. If real server weather of telephone communication difficulties we will schedule a new date. If Joseph needs to cancel we will refund the payment or change the date.

Refunds: will be issued if the session is cut short due to a lack of connection and will not be issued for predictions that don’t come true. This is becasue of your life is the result of a series of choices presented to you, and the decisions that you make based on those choices. So the outcome will always change.
