Heaven is not above or below us. It's all around us, its only a breath away. Everything is made up of energy and vibrations. The vibration of the physical world is slow and dense, whereas the spirit world vibrates at a much higher rate. There is a thin layer between this world and the spirit world and the only thing that separates us is the frequency of the vibrations. God and Heaven is in our hearts, learn to tap into this Vibration of pure unconditional love. 

 I believe that before we are born we have a script of our lives that we write in Heaven. I call this the play of life. We pick how and when we physically die. Many times we learn what we came to learn and we move on or the learning is really for someone else. One must realize that we are spirit beings having a human experiences and not the other way around. All experiences one has are to teach us something. There is no such thing as an accident or coincidence and that everything happens for a reason, even when a child passes, which I must say is the most hardest grievance to process. 

Our soul has a purpose and its purpose in life continues even after death. We are always in lessons , alive on the earth or in spirit. Our loved ones do study and work whether it's with their family on Earth as well as people they never knew.

You would be surprised to know how many spirits are very active in what is happening in our world. They also do have a social life like they did on Earth and do many things that they enjoyed as well as partake in social and cultural things they never got to experience while here. 

We all have helpers, be it a spirit guide or angels, however they will only show themselves to you when they feel you are ready. They often come during meditation sessions, but some people never know whom their guides are.
