It just so happened that my early metaphysical explorations occurred just as we were approaching the advent of the Harmonic Convergence.  As August 6, 1987 approached, the news media joked about this historic event.  This is the time, according to prophecy of the Mayan calendar, that all of the planets in our solar system would align. This event only happens every twenty-four thousand years. This day would welcome the coming of the New Age, uniting people to pray for peace and the healing of the earth, and to raise our vibration. There was that word again that I kept running into in my journey - vibration!

I watched the sunrise that morning with my kids at the Unity Church of Palm Beach, Florida, along with several hundred other people. I don’t know what I was expecting on that day. I wondered if maybe the earth was going to change, but into what? Maybe we human beings might change, but again, into what? The build-up and the anticipation of the Harmonic Convergence were driving me mad; I had so many questions but no answers. After a few hours of waiting with high expectation, I decided that it was a waste of my time and headed home.

As I watched the news that evening, reports came from all over the world that millions of people had celebrated. They celebrated in Mt. Shasta in California and at Stonehenge in Europe; they celebrated in South America, Africa and Canada. They aired people dancing at the Pyramids of Egypt and on the rooftops of New York City. All over the world, millions of people had celebrated the Harmonic Convergence.


It wasn’t until a couple of years after the Harmonic Convergence that I really understood what had happened. The vibrations of the earth had changed, as evidenced when everyone in the world witnessed the Berlin wall being torn down and the fall of Communism.  My journey, along with that of millions of others, had truly begun.

Is There More To Life Than What We Know?

Well now, it is Patrick. I guess we were expecting a Halloween story, something a little scary, maybe. We are so sorry - we are from the light! We come to you in love, not fear.  We are unlike the Hollywood movies you are accustomed to, with Frankenstein and all other fictional monsters made for the humor, fear and enjoyment of the films. So where is the harm of a classic monster movie? The filmmakers of today have strayed from what was fictional to what is real. It is real to become negative and murder someone. These so called “horror films” portray this negative force. The hurting and killing of a person gives strength to the negative force. It may be an illusion when the film was made, but the negative message is projected, and this gives strength to all negativity in the world.
 
There is a negative force. Some call this the Dark Ray. Others may call it the fallen Angel, or the Devil. When you leave the earth and return to the astral plane, you will have the power to create your own reality. If you choose to create a devil in your mind, then it will be done. For this is what you have created. So remember, since in your society, people will condemn a person for their wrongdoing, if this person believes that they will go to hell, then they will.  They create a living hell for themselves, because this is where they believe they belong. The soul will live out its experience in this lower realm until its karma is fulfilled.  When time has passed, a light will appear to them along with the help of their guides. They now may pass into a higher realm, the astral realm.
 
Those who have taken their own life by suicide or addictions will most likely not see a heaven, but a living hell. They left the earth unhappy, escaping the reality they created on earth. When one is negative about their life on earth and their thoughts are to give up on life, they will carry this burden into the afterlife. The depression one feels will be with them in the hereafter. These souls have created a negative heaven for themselves, a hell. They will relive their life as it was on earth and experience their death over and over again, until they learn the lesson; then they will move on.

We are all God's children.  God will not judge you. All He asks you to do is to believe and have trust in Him. If you have known of anyone who has committed suicide or died from an addiction, pray for God's assistance to help this person. Try to communicate with this person by thought. Help them see the light and let them know that they are loved. Let them know that God loves them and forgives what they have done to themselves.  This will help them to cross over to the Astral Life of love and harmony.  
    
Those who committed sins of murder and harm to another being will live in the lower realms for what may seem an eternity. They need to sort out the hate they have for others and learn to be one with themselves.  Time of enlightenment will come for these souls after they learn their lesson.

Is There More To Life Than What We Know?

I waited for Rev. Fredrics to pull out a billet and read it. How else is he going to know what questions had been asked? But I was totally amazed by what he did next. He pulled out a roll of duct tape and two small pieces of cloth from his brief case. He placed the two small pieces of cloth over his eyes and proceeded to duct tape his eyes shut. He also used a scarf as a blindfold.  He asked the group to sing “Amazing Grace” so that the singing could heighten the vibration in the room.

As we sang and waited for his channel source to come through, I watched him stand behind the podium and slip into a trance. I thought my eyes were playing tricks, because as Rev. Fredrics was connecting with his guide, I noticed a bluish color orb descending from above him and then entering into the top of his head. The blue orb took on the shape of Rev. Fredrics, as it became a small thin aura around his body. I asked the woman sitting next to me if she saw the blue orb around him and she looked at me as if I were crazy.

Next, the entity channeling through Rev. Fredrics, reached for the basket on the podium, pulled out a billet, placed it on the forehead of Rev. Fredrics, and asked of the audience, “Does anyone know a Frank? The last name is like the amusement park, Coney Island.” A person sitting behind me said, “I know a Frank Coney, he was my husband!” “Is your name Sara?” asked the entity.  “Yes, that’s me!” replied the woman. “Frank’s asked how are the boys, Pete and Danny?”  “They are fine,” she replied. “To answer your question Sara, look in the garage in the cedar chest, the papers are in there,” said the entity through Rev. Fredics.  

I was in total shock. I had never experienced anything like this before!  It was as if the deceased person was in the room and you could have a conversation with them. I was amazed at what I had just witnessed, and I couldn’t wait for him to read my billet. Rev. Fredrics’ channel source pulled out billet after billet and with every billet he read, he provided correct answers to the questions from the loved ones brought through. He pulled out a billet from one of the skeptics in the room and asked, “Is there a Greg in the room?” “Yes, I am Greg.”  “Well, Greg,” said the entity, “You did not write out this billet correctly”.  After a short pause, he continued.  “You left off the names of people you want to contact. We will try to see if we can find anyone.”  There was another short pause.  “Yes, I see a woman and she tells me her name is Shirley.  Is this your mother?” Greg acknowledged that it was.   “She wants you to know that you should let bygones be bygones; you will know what she means,” said the Reverend.  “Yes I do, and thank you,” said Greg. “Wow!”  I thought, “I bet he is not skeptical anymore!”

Rev. Frederic’s’ channel source must have gone through over forty billets. As I anxiously awaited my turn, the anticipation was driving me crazy. At one point he crumpled a billet up and threw it on the ground. “Oh no!” I thought to myself. “Was that mine?  “This is unreadable; this billet was filled out incorrectly,” said the Reverend. He went to the next billet. “I see a hawk in the air.” I thought to myself, “This has to be mine - it must be Sparrow Hawk he is talking about.” But before I could say anything, he said, “The hawk stands for the name Hawkins.  Is there a Hawkins in the room?” Someone from the front of the room said, “Yes, I’m Hawkins.”

Finally he asked, “Is there a Joseph in the room?” “Yes! I am Joseph,” I cried as I shot up from my chair. The Reverend continued, “This is a humorous one. There is a woman dressed in black, shaking her finger at you. She is now walking over to a kettle of some sort; no, it’s a pot. She is cooking, and it smells wonderful, her name is Jenny. Do you know her?”

“Yes,” I said, “She is my Grandmother!” (For the record, I had never met Rev. Ronald Fredrics in my life).

“Well, Joseph, your grandmother is an excellent cook - it smells so good in here," said the Reverend. “She wants me to tell you to please keep up with your studies and that you are doing great. Yes, your manuscript will be published. It will sell very well and people will enjoy it! And if you think this manuscript is good, just wait until your next writing - it will be a best seller! Also, your grandmother tells me that your Uncle Carmen is here and he also says to keep on writing.”  

I was in tears because my grandmother came to me just as I remembered her. When I was little and got into trouble with her, she used to shake her finger and yell at me in Italian. She was always in the kitchen cooking.  She was the best! There is no doubt in my mind that this true communication happened.  I knew that there was no way that Rev. Ronald Fredrics could possibly have known about my family, and certainly he could not have known the question I would ask.

After the séance I waited for Rev. Fredrics to thank him. However, he had no idea what I was talking about! He explained to me that when he channels, he is in a complete trance and has no idea about what has taken place. After hearing some of my experiences, he invited me to attend a class he taught on Friday nights.  He felt I needed guidance to help me advance in my spiritual path. Wow, was I honored to be in his class.  I couldn’t wait for Friday to come.
