I asked Carole to clarify my ex-wife’s out of body experience. Carole explained that my ex-wife had been invited into the halls of the Akashic Records during her out of body experience.  She explained to the group what the Akashic Records are; they are a repository of information that exists in the astral realm. The word "Akasha" comes from Sanskrit, and means "primary substance" or "ether". These records can typically be accessed through meditation, astral journeying, or dreams. A spirit guide will assist you in entering into the hall of the Akashic Records. Once you are able to access your records, you may not need any assistance to return to them. Interestingly, how you access the records differs from person to person.
