Are our loved ones with us all the time?

I always tell my clients that as with the physical world, your loved ones are not with you twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, but they are often there, when you need them most. People should realize how much energy it takes for those who have passed to lower their vibration and make a connection to this physical realm. I believe they are doing their own learning over there and we are always growing and progressing. You can help them by learning to increase and raise your awareness and in doing so it will assist you in meeting them halfway. I will say that our personal guardian angels and guides are always looking after us and guiding us on our journey.

Where is The Spirit World/Heaven?

Heaven is not above or below us. It's all around us, its only a breath away. Everything is made up of energy and vibrations. The vibration of the physical world is slow and dense, whereas the spirit world vibrates at a much higher rate. There is a thin layer between this world and the spirit world and the only thing that separates us is the frequency of the vibrations. God and Heaven is in our hearts, learn to tap into this Vibration of pure unconditional love.

I have decisions to make, who helps me the spirits or you?

You have to make your own decisions and take responsibility for your choices and actions. They cannot interfere with those lessons that assist us in our souls' growth.

How come some people die so young?

 I believe that before we are born we have a script of our lives that we write in Heaven. I call this the play of life. We pick how and when we physically die. Many times we learn what we came to learn and we move on or the learning is really for someone else. One must realize that we are spirit beings having a human experiences and not the other way around. All experiences one has are to teach us something. There is no such thing as an accident or coincidence and that everything happens for a reason, even when a child passes, which I must say is the most hardest grievance to process.

What do Spirits do in the after-life?

Our soul has a purpose and its purpose in life continues even after death. We are always in lessons , alive on the earth or in spirit. Our loved ones do study and work whether it's with their family on Earth as well as people they never knew. You would be surprised to know how many spirits are very active in what is happening in our world. They also do have a social life like they did on Earth and do many things that they enjoyed as well as partake in social and cultural things they never got to experience while here.
